Print-on-Demand Products (Apparel, Mugs, etc.) Because our products are made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing errors or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at maivi20039@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Digital Products (Downloads, Journals, Guides) All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, please contact us at maivi20039@gmail.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
